Go ahead, tell me what you think now >.>
just because it's vector doesn't mean you can't have shades. put more detail into it instead of big blocks of one color. examples: face, hood, hat
lol thats the problem, I havent found out how to get the right colors to blend everything together, or exactly how to fo it. hint hint I NEED A TUT!!!
It looks like you painted over it. If you want to vector it you need to use vector masks.
i dont think i know how to do vector masks.. i might and just not by name, but what is it?
-twitches- yeah as soon as I looked at this post what do I find....now how to use the vector mask? x.x lets see if I can make this better somehow.
Well I think it's a must if you're going to make shapes on photoshop with the pen tool. Draw your pen outline then right click and create vector masks. It's useful, it allows you to enlargen and shrink your image. Also it allows you to color gradients and etc. inside of the lines without having to use a marquee tool.
When I use it I make a vector mask for each individual shape on different layers. It's a tedious process but it makes life alot easier.
thx, that helps alot....but now I got to start over x.x wish me luck..
I think you should start on a different image. The image you got right now has alot of different color values and to make the detail on the clothing would be tough.
any suggestions for a pic?
