um...i wud watch for that piece of art u used, it has been used b4 and some people in this place don't like it when u use it. :P Just a warning b4 other people see this
Ive seen that picture a lot. So its pretty basic.
nice start but the pic has been used alot.
lol, that pic again!! anyway, a good start for ur first time.. :P
cool but that aint vector but i'll leave that 4 jack 2 explain which im sure he will :P
o yea, we need jack. i need to know what vector is..seriously. ;)
My name's Jak? Will that do?
It's not vector. Vector uses lines and mathematical points, not pixels. Unless you created that in a vector-based programme, ie. Adobe Illustrator/ Corel Draw, or used the correct settings on the pen tool in photoshop, it's raster. Raster includes the use of 'vector' brushes. Even though they have the (incorrect) name 'vector', they aren't. They use pixels to create an image.
i think i get most of it... :D
lol, thanks alot Jak
hehe so wat do we call that style then?
Tech brushes? I dunno... Just not vector.
so 100% pen tool (with the right settings) is vector... cool , what settings do u use to mk it vector?
Im thinking about doing my first vecotr soon and i want to make some vector logos so i want to know as well :P

If you want a .PSD example of it, PM me...
so, what soft we should use for making vectors?
Wrong, when using the second pen tool setting as long as you use a vector mask it's still a vector. (Right click pen outline and create vector mask in new layer)Quote:

Actually it's alot easier to use these pen settings too.
Oh right... I didn't know you could use vector masks with the second pen setting. But most people don't use the masks with the second setting anyway, they just click "fill"...Quote:
