Looks awesome - face could do with some more shadowing, so that the features are more distinct, and more jennifer-like, if you get me.

Its not a real vector but its still pretty damn nice. =) Though yes the eye seems rather strange looking and something about her lower half of her face seems off. I think it might have something to do with her top lip..not really sure to be honesty(unhelpful I'm sure). Otherwise you did a great job.

The hair needs a lot more tone and shadow. The same applies to the face, but not so much.
What's wrong with her left eye? It looks like it's sunk backwards into the rear of the socket or something. The right one does a little bit too.
I like the composition and the pose she's in, and the border looks nice. I don't think the text should overlap the border though.
give her a better tan ;)
The face doesn't look much like her. A few more curves around the cheek will do. and about the wrinkles on her forehead, that would do too.Nice job on her eye and mouth, it looks exactly like her.
