Ask him what he see's when he types in Climb-X. If it says "Account Suspended" or something, that happened to me too, but I think it was just the server messing up.

I think what happened was his warn level hit 100% so he was automatically suspended for 48 hours. At least that's what it looks like from my taking a quick look. Unless metal suspended him for something but, I don't think that's it.

I just checked and it says his account is going to be suspended for 43 more hours. I'm not sure if this is due to his warn level, which is actually at 70% or if metal or seki suspended him for saying something stupid. I'm sure when metal reads this he'll explain what happened. Until then he's just going to have to sit tight and wait.

That's honest feedback, I don't see how I could get banned for that, especially because I said I'd write more later.* If that is the reason that you banned me for, it makes you look like a completely tyrannical dictator.
If that's not it, I deserve the right to know exactly what is, and seeing as I can't access my inbox, I'm guessing that's the reason.

I've got a bunch of points.
1. Akuma Mashima, which is probably some anime thing, you don't have a say in this, because you don't know the history, you've got 47 posts, that doesn't mean you know anything about the situation. And do you know metal personally? I don't so, so you can't say what he would or wouldn't do. And trust me, anyone over the age of a "teen" wouldn't watch anime, or name themselves after an anime character. Take a look at the older members here.
2.Metal, I've talked to myst, and he didn't request the ban. I know that it was a tad far, and it was a tad harsh, but I know(and now, so does he) that it was meant for fun. It wasn't flaming, why would I flame someone I admire, and have collabed with? That's stupid, and doesn't make sense to me. But whatever, I don't think it was fair. How is my warning level at 70%? That problem still has not cleared itself up, I have no idea how it got that high, as I've said, I've gotten 2 warnings for a grand total of 20%, that doesn't make sense, so there's some obvious disconnect there.
3. I'm not a ****ing retard BustA, and Octane, I know when I'm banned, I don't need you guys denying it. I'm not stupid, I can read, apparently your fellow staff member failed to inform you all, but it was what happened.
4. In the other thread, Madball, You responded to sobek's post, when he was uninformed of the situation. BUT! I would like to point out, that I've had no communication with him at all. That post wasn't him following, or posting because someone influenced him, that was his opinion, and his thoughts. At first I was confused about what that thread was about as well, but I see now(after reading) what it was about. I didn't mention ANYTHING to him, about my posts or anything, he's a smart chap, and can find his way around. Ragging on him for a misunderstanding is, frankly stupid and childish(in my opinion), he's not my pawn, and nor will he ever be.
And, I didn't know lemmings liked cool-aid ;).
5.Kusajika Yachiru, in my opinion, you don't have permission to speak. 5 days here(at the time of your post, now 6). Doesn't give you any authority, or knowledge, in this place. Go beat it to naruto or whatever it is that you people do. Your avatar is a picture of an anime chick coughing? Just don't post in these forums, because you don't know the story.
6. Metal, attacking makaveli for as you put "acting gangsta and shit" is kind of dumb and immature to me. Just because someone likes rap, and has guns, doesn't mean that they are gangsta.
7. Busta, people's internet names sometimes do reflect who they are/who they want to be. Take a look around, people's names show a lot about who they want/aspire to be, sometimes.

To me, is constructive criticism, he doesn't say that 70's/retro is bad, and then he states that the colors are ugly, that's a lot better than "pretty cool .. are u a member of effectica ?"(Quote Source) or "nice airbrushing m8" (Quote Source) or "I don't like it sorry man just not appealing to me. " (Quote Source), which was made by your own moderator.
Freedom of speech doesn't come with limitations, otherwise it wouldn't be freedom of speech now would it? I agree you can't do certain things, but I don't claim that we have freedom of speech, because it's not.
That's about my 30 cents, sorry for the long post, but it's got to be done, and I don't expect anyone to read all this, because none of you read eachothers posts fully, but whatever, happy if you do. If you're going to ban me for flaming or shit, then yeah, I'll go ahead and think that's a tad pathetic, these are my opinions, and if you read them thoroughly, then you'll see they are all valid points.
Good post, I agree 100 percent with all you have to say my friend, in my opinion you did not deserve the suspension I have been reading CX’s posts a lot and looking through your posts and I could not find ONE post that would support you being suspended. As for having 70 percent warning level that’s bull shit, you should only have 20 percent after I went through almost all your posts I found two instances were you should have been warned and guess what you were, I know that for a fact because I warned you myself in one of those cases.

As for the 70%, I raised your warning level 2 or 3 times but, I didn't send you a pm. I honestly though that it was sent automaticaly after the level was raised. You have to admit that sometimes you do get a little carried away and say things that you shouldn't or things that can be taken the wrong way.
As for what I said to sobek, I stand behind it 100%. Don't try to make him out to be mr.innocent. He tried taking a little stab with his "lol, nice find tim" and then continued to make comments about a post that he clearly didn't comprehend. In my opinion he was just trying to follow along.
...and the kool-aid was a refrence to Jonestown, I forget sometimes that i'm a lil' older than most here and give refrences some might not get.

ok, so that puts us at 40%, not 70%. O yeah, and there's metal's newest for flaming, so that's 50%, which still isn't 70%. So it still doesn't add up. As for my comments getting carried away, it's hard to say exactally when, it'd be super if those auto-warning dealies worked, but they don't, I may at some times, but I'm a passionate person.
As for the sobek thing, he generally is a fair guy. This is semi-strange talking about him without him actually being here. And the "clearly didn't comprehend," sorry, but that's extremely degrading, he's not a 4-year old, he can read, he just drew the wrong conclusion, which I did at first too. It's much easier to think that after reading my thread, and not seeing what was actually posted in sidra's shout out thread.
And yeah, I'd like to talk about Octane, and his post attacking, I guess majorly 3rd.
His feedback actually said something that'll help the artist, describing what he's seeing. Which is much more that just the other examples. For christ sake, aplix posted way less constructive feedback, 3rd described what he didn't like, aplix just said that he didn't like it. Or even the "nice airbrushing m8," which is just retarded in my opinion.
If those types of prosecutions/accusations about crappy feedback are going to be made, you've got to be even and prosocute all of them, both positive and negative, otherwise you're making accusations at individuals, not critique. If you're going to attack the feedback, then I don't deny you warning me for not giving constructive, because it wasn't, it was a joke.
Now that you mention Jonestown, I know that Cool-Aid reference, didn't get it in that context right away.
Silenced, it's not like we raised your warning level to 70% just for fun, that can be done anyway, you probably just weren't informed of the warnings, which could happen, it's a simple mistake, but just becaused you weren't informed doesn't mean you didn't act wrong.
Anyway, that post which I had banned you for, was reported to me and I didn't look at the whole thread, reading that post was enough for me.
Even though it was a joke, not everyone knows that you are Mystikal's friend, nor do they know you two have that sort of humor, so most people here would look at it as freely-flaming, and if we didn't do anything about it, they would think that it's allowed here.
Although, it was still a miss-understanding, so I'm gonna lower your warn level by 10%.
BTW, not that it's gonna make me look better now, but that day when I lost it I was drunk, and that's after getting into a lot of fights IRL, so I was a little frustrated about those things and didn't have a good feeling at all, so I went and bought a bottle, and you already know what happened next.

I realize that it sounded like I was trying to attack you guys for conniving to raise my warning level without my knowledge, that wasn't the purpose of my argument, and that wasn't what I was aiming at, I just think that if it does go up, a personally written message wouldn't hurt, giving them a chance to explain themselves. And nor was I claiming that I'm ****ing goody two shoes, because I'm not.
Yeah, I've forgotten that the members play a part in this, that people can "report" shit for going down, which is unfair to me, but whatever, that makes sense.
We've all(well most of us) have run to the bottle to escape shit, it brings out feelings and emotions that we can't control, shit happens in real life, you've got to deal with it some way.
