i hate rating, its so subjective. I love the render and the abstract is nice, but the outer glow on the border i'm not so keen on. Looks like you have your render on top of the border, dont know if thats your intend, but its faded out the border at the bottom right hand corner. not realy keen on the border.
But love the render, whats it from?
Good idea on how you made the border but what you did to it(outer glow) does't fit so well.

It's nice Ravon, but i gotta agree with these guys, the Border isn't that nice. i'll give you a 6/10 :)

border doesn't look to great...and theres to much happenin.. 5/10
here's an idea, take away the glow of the background, put on a shaddow of only 1 or 2 pixels and make the direction 90o. I think that will look better, but you may have to experiment.
Also I think the border is a little to high, try using a bevel of only a few pixels, say 2 or 3 and reduce the softening. But its hard to judge witout being able to expriment

i deleted the glow and came out with something nice
very nice man no glow is a ton better! :D
very nice mate, lookin better :-) i would suggest moving your render to below the border layer. but thats the only other comment i can suggest. good work, keep it up :)
I liket the render, but not the border. Maybe if you can take out the glow?

2nd sig..nice!! i cant find any bad things on it :P well..maybe the font u used on PREPARE FOR WAR. dunn0...use sumthin more futuristic :P if u kno what i mean.

Nice...delete the border and just add a pixel border. It will look a ton better with out the big bulky border. Also add a little darker brushing on the bg and it will be ace!

now that looks kewl. the border is a whole heap better now, very nice. I would still move the render to behind the border layer or do something so its not comming through. but other than that i love it mate.

the border is nice, but the render is on top of the border :( make the render not on top of the border at all. that defeats the purpose of a border :( very nice sig tho.
