i ahve no idea but i am uber fast, like 60m in about 7secs - and that was 2yrs ago, im still really fast, prolly faster
I ran a mile in a little above 7 minutes, although that was my best time ever. I don't run anymore.
I can run 100m < 12 seconds not at top speed. Don't know how to define that.

i just ran 200m in like 30secs an im 13
(btw 12secs for 100 is really fast for my age)
i run 100 in like 12-13
i ran 400m in 80 but i had a sore leg from the 200 cause i havent run in ages..
I'm 19. Yeah, I'm old. As for the whole... running fast thing, I definately gave up on it. Back when I was 13 I was a pretty hardcore long distance runner. Not the best, but I could definately hold my own. My best finish was like 76/750 I think it was. But now,outside of playing hockey I get very little activity in my life, and even hockey is just me standing between the posts ;)
yeah, i dont do that much sport but i strugle on really long distance, in my school yr my best finish was like 17/100 on quite a long distance race but i have reasonably bad asthma whihc holds me back from long distance.. i stick with the short
I have really bad asthme two... But I just dont do ANY sports... So it doesn't matter that much... damned government trying to make us fitter.
im running for my school for a competition of our area :) in 200m on tuesday :)

i think 90000 spider steps evry 30secs would win..
90000x5mm = 450000mm = 45000cm = 450m
i run 400m in umm.. 79secs ;)
I run ok, I run a mile in about 8 minutes, thats about average
idk if i run miles but we have this thing called "the school mile" which is around the block which our school sits on, its roughly a mile i would say, i run around 7mins but my best is 6
i can run 150 in just under 15 secs btw im 12...... dunno how fast that is.

wr 100m: 9.79 (or near that)
wr 50m (indoor) : 5.5 - that adds upto 15.29, and thats seperate, you would get tired and it would add 0.5-1 sec on, plus - those are grown mens times, i don think a 12yr old could beat them (no offense)
i think im more like the chikens :unsure: LOL
