Love the bg, I think you should take the bevel off teh text though and maybe add a pixel border.

Gj on the animation moves smoothly.

nice animation, and the background is nice. not mad on the beveled edge, but each to his (or her) own.

It defenitly needs a 1px border around ^_^

To put it on all frames at once click on top frame then hold shift and click on last frame.
