the sig looks just flat, and the scanlines gotta go or be toned down

yes much better buttt size it down a bit mabye like 350X102 or somethin cuz thats huge and hmmm i like the scan lines juss do somethin to the right side...

Yea it is HUGE. but the pixel stretch on it is WAY to noticably either change the opacity or just set to soft light or overlay
