The anime one looks a ton better i know why too :D How did u make them scanlines?? They rock :D. The rose one is better withou the scanlines.
well its kinda easy :P i just made a blk lines and filled in with white...feather'd...and copied and merged.. :D added a lil tech ad vuolia...
the bad this is i had to make every brush i have <_<
i got 6.0 ps....all the dl brushes are 7.0 or Cs....... <_<

Hmm, even the orig looks a lot brighter than the very first one you did, so the 'orig' i love. The newest one is nice, not overly fond of the scan lines but the effect is very well executed. Hmm, actualy the scan lines are growing on me :D
