The text sucks, but I like the use of colors, nice job.

Yo nice sig and nice tut, just one problem when i go into the tut.... how do I get the scatter thing to unlock when smudging? I have been tryin to correct this problem for some time now any help would be nice pls!!! I am using photoshop 7 btw!!
I think only CS and CS2 have the scatter effect.
