First one is kinda hard to focus on, and the line art isn't something I prefer on her hair. Maybe darken it up, or try color variations? And you know I adore the music sig!

I like the first one alotttt, although its really bright on the LHS, but my left eye is hurting/watering at the moment so it might just be that....
i like your style. great work on both, but i like the first one more.
first one: The colors against the stock do not work with each other, but there is a good focal point
the second one: the colors match a bit better, but not to well, and i find myself looking at the grafitti type thing on the right, rather than the stock which is where my attention should be

I'm really liking the Genius one. I have no idea how this would look, but maybe try putting some of the background to greyscale too (behind the main effects and shapes/text) to get some more focus on GZA.
And I actually like the line art through the hair in the first one. Nice colours.
