You don't understand space enough to try to represent it artistically. You need to read up on it more and look at more pictures before attempting again.

It's really not that far from reality..

at least according to NASA.. (and I assume they know about these things):

I know I know, but I am saying that the stars he has does not have any type of shape like galaxies, they are just a bunch of dots.

I see the horse head nebula in there. Did you make that or get it from a photo? ;) Anyway, looks decent, but get rid of the stars in front of planet. Stars are hundreds/thousands/millions of times bigger than planets, so that part doesn't make any sense as it is right now. Change that and it'll look a bit more realistic. Good work though :)

and thanks for all your advice people. This was sort of a first time for me so just learning a few things :) Ill bear all your adivce in my mind when i next do soemthign similar :D
