[3d] Office Scene

I'm just starting an office scene tonight and I've just been working on the keyboard so far. I've finished the keyboard model, but I have yet to texture it. I'll be modelling a monitor, wacom tablet/pen, desk surface, and various other office-related objects (pens, stapler, stack of papers etc.). What do you guys think of the keyboard model? By the way, if theres a couple weird curves on the edges of the keys (I noticed a couple), they won't be there later on because I'll increase the subdivision.

By the way, other than the keys, I just made up the keyboard's design as I went. Oh and when I finish, I'll also be using this as an advertisement for CX (you guys should make some too!).

Alright, I've started on the Wacom Tablet. I've already got it textured (made in photoshop), which at a few points, was a little annoying. Anyway, here are some views of it.

Anyway, another update here. I finished the tablet :) So, sometime today I'll texture the keyboard (I need to add a logo or something and add symbols to the keys).

the blue sticks out too much on the keyboard........ the table is nice, i think the edges on the side should be a bit smoother though :) i prefer to model stuff without refrences :)

Well, I dont want the keyboard to be bland now do I? I want it to be a little interesting, so it's good that the blue sticks out ;) I might change it to red though (red is Jack's favorite color).

I had the edges of the tablet smoother, but as I messed with the mesh, I liked it better with sharper edges :). I didn't quite catch the relevance of the last bit of your post :lol: If you were wondering, I didn't use references for these (except I have my tablet on my desk so I glanced at it every now and again).

Make the pen to go with the wacom :D

And a coffe cup with pencils in it :D

Yes, I'm digging up this old thing. I've been working on it lately and I thought I'd post a little progress to show where I'm at. I'd love to hear people's thoughts on this, especially if they have ideas for me to add. And yes, before anybody mentions it, I'm still going to be adding letters/numbers etc. to the keys.
