We'd need some angle shots. He could easily hold a blank canvas, or a tarp or something, and photoshop the obviously poor-quality screenshot onto it. Perhaps, since it's a "painting" after all, gently push your hand against the back to show a light imprint of..well.. a hand. Hmm?
