I like the effect in the eye....but I don't think the white border suits it, and I think the text needs to be placed somewhere else. otherwise very nice!

IMo I don't think you should remove the text. I think you should delete the motion blur on it. Then move it to like right above the eye lid, right above where it's black if u get me.
Other than that it's pretty cool. -
