I quite like it but I don't like how there's a duplicate/shadow next to it. The text kills it too. Could be better if you worked on it a bit more. :D

yeah the shadow on his face doesnt fit very well, text is better since your last one though!

This is your best yet imo. I like the text alot, only beef is the right side is quite empty. Maybe crop it so you take out the empty space, and move the text further left along with the effects.
Just small things, overall nice job :)

That shadow thing has to go. I really like the text and it's placement. The emptiness on the right side is fine though. Imo it just brings more focus to the text and the heroes icon shape thingy, which is pretty cool. Clean up all those lines on his face and you're good to go!
