Cityscape shirt.

This is an idea I had this morning, and on my breaks at work I worked on it.

Sorry pet but that tartan looking design is horrid, do it a plain colour fill.

I don't think I would want flannel on my black Tshirts... lol... Good idea, but I agree with RnC, just do a plain color fill... a white or a blue perhaps?...

i say a light blue would look cool but yea the tartan needs changing

I like the idea and concept but just like everyone else, hate the bottom part. A black with a dark blue cityscape would be nice, or a black with plain white. Although white with a black cityscape would be too much.

I like the idea, but I'm not sure if the medium used does the idea / design concept justice. I would have to see it actually built to spec for a shirt design to give it a tangible feeling.

Tartan / Flannel whatever you wana call it looks horrid petty boy.

The concepts nice, I say you make it a nice bluey grey colour

i like the design but i think the black should be a yellow or orange and maybe the design a plain blue

I might do another one with a flat color for the shirt, and maybe do a variety of colors, but when I came up with the idea I had just passed a person dressed in the punk style. I myself do like the plaid use in out of the ordinary uses, but I am not so much a fan of pinning pieces of it to a messenger bag, or shirt or whatever. I did design this for more of a select group, I know not everyone will like the color choice. Just try to imagine say a girl wearing a pleated mini plaid skirt, black socks, sorta short, crazy hair, leather wrist bands and my shirt.

Anyways, I am currently out with friends, but when I get home I will do a quick edit and post one with a flat color on it.

PS: I have already had a lot of people want me to make this shirt, and I almost want to make it for myself. [plaid version] :D

I think the biggest problem I have isn't with the plaid but with the black shirt. Experiment with different shirt colours.

try bright colors :D

try a really light pink, or a light blue :D

I love how it looks, just experiment with different colours until you find the perfect one :D and how did you get those t-shirt templates? did you make them or are they available blank somewhere? if so can you please link because it will help out when im designing a shirt for my graphics porject in school :D

Nice piece, though a gradient would be much more preferable than tartan, as the others said.

I Like it pet, its just like the tartan is a bit to much. I would like to see one with a plain blue colour on a black t-shirt, cuz the design looks good. Or a multicolored one with some pink and yellow in it xD good work pet

Instead of having the plaid go vertical/horizontal, maybe try rotating it 45 degrees, so that its diagonal.

Looks nicer with the flat colour IMO but thats just me.
