the womans head looks like a cut out so try fixing that, and the egg this doesnt fit the theme

Not bad, but that random green part isn't working.
Just watch that everything is in the same style.
The original is a photo, and the girl looks animated and the fire and the egg look cartoon, so just try to keep it all consistent.

I like it all in general, just feels like there's a few too many elements crammed into one piece.

I agree with what have been said above but i have 1 more thing to say, i think you should come up with a new bg in the window. Right now it looks kinda boring, i think you are going for a fantasy themed work. Therefore i think you should have some more fantasy in the bg like a yellow field with a castle on just an example.

Also i like that you thought about the light she looks at the green light source and therfore she is green in her head, however she is way to green, the source isnt that strong, look at the wall it only lights up a tiny bit but it turns her entire left side more green. That make no sence?

lol i know that green seemed weird, but tell u the truth i made the left all walls green, but one of my frnd said it dint look right so erased the glow forgot the green on her hand,
