The lighting on his hands is the best for me

I'm glad you noticed. I tried to make it subtle enough so that it didn't stick out, but bold enough to get attention. Contradictory, I know.

Dnt like the C4D at the top left. Seems to forground where as the rest of the C4Ds are all background. Text is nice Good Job = )

Yeah the kinda wishy smoke.

Updated version. Blurred the smoke to make it more background than foreground.

The sig looks a bit Low Quality. If you have a look at Luigi's facial area, we can't see the Clean crisp lines that it has to offer.
The effects also seem a bit random and your attention is drawn away from the focal area too much.

try to work with HQ renders or stocks, or u can try work a lil on this work to take of the crispy parts?

my only problem is that luigi, seems to jumping forward however the flow around him seems to be moving up, either this is what u wanted or just never noticed but i like the lighting too

Hmm. I was kinda seeing him falling down, and I wanted the effect for it to be spiraling around him as he's falling. Didn't see it the other way, heh.
