I really like how you did the lighting. The colors are good, too.
The only things I would work on is making the splatters less sharp and work on getting rid of the floating head syndrome.
Good work.
I agree, the floating head syndrome needs to be sorted, you seem to do it in a few of your tags.
I like how the lighting has been executed but it comes down a bit too strong.
lighting isn't my fault

where do u get your stocks at?
Google is Not a good choice... Why?
That is not a Stock image that you have there.
Google is an image search engine that searches for any image on the internet. It does not differentiate between stocks or other people's artworks as it is not designed to do so. I can tell that this is an artwork by the look of your "Stock".
See the Pen tool Lines, the Lighting colours, how the image has a real artistic look to it. This is someone elses artwork and you have turned it into a signature image.
On some levels, this could be classed as ripping. Some people may not appreciate their artworks being chopped up to be used as a sig.
With Stocks, you have to be careful where you obtain them. Some images (Like the one you have above) are often mistaken for Stock images when the truth is that they aren't there for public use.
Exactly^^ You can't just steal other people's hard work, I do believe it was an honest mistake but just to let you know in future.
That doesn't matter? wth and trust me I don't need to rip peoples work, i cut the guy out of the picture if you must know, and I only used it because I liked the picture and didn't wanna look for the original, theres hardly anything done to that picture and if anything it made it look worse, I get ALL my stocks from google and will continue to do so because I by have some of the cleanest work on this forum, which goes back to the help of google
Ok, let me explain this in a bit more detail. This is a ripped image. You have used someone elses artwork against their wishes and you have cropped and chopped up their image to create your signature. If you liked the image so much, it would be better if you went out and searched for the source image to work on, rather then use someone else's artwork.
Ripping on the Void classifies as a bannable offence. If any member receives two infractions for ripping, we will be forced to review that member's position on the Void, and that could class as a Permi-ban.
Also, I don't think that stating that you have the "cleanest" artwork on the forum is a very wise choice of words. There are many other members that may class as a "cleaner" artist then you, and some of these members don't even use Stock images to create their artworks.
Okay well considering I don't think you made your render in your sig from scratch idk what your talking about. And I said SOME of the cleanest work on this forum, never said the best. Why wwould I look for the stock when I'm only cutting it out and there's nothing on the render but colorful soft brushes? I will gladly find the person who put very nice 2px lines and some WONDERFUL brushing. If you feel like I should banned for ripping then bring it up to the other mods. Completley unnescessary for all this..
So because it was such a major concern to Nutter, I did some research and reached out to the person and here we go:

Hey, thanx for reaching out to me about it. That isn't a stock image. It was shot for The Fader Magazine (who owns it) and the artwork done in collaboration with GFCnewyork. I don't mind you using it for a sig at all. Have fun. However, any uses of it that imply that you created the image via stock would be false. Might be best to site the source image: http://www.ronin-ss.com/blog/2008/09...-mickey-factz/. You definitely have my permission to do that. End of the day it's up to you.
any other questions or concerns
I never said that I did make the Render in my signature. However I did obtain it from a site that offers Free Renders and give it's members permission to use them: [Link]
My Job as a moderator of the Void is to help guide and give feedback on your images. I also maintain the threads within the Signature and Avatars section and sort out the threads/posts on a daily basis so that there are no spam messages, arguments or offensive material.
My job also means that I have to maintain the reputation of the Void. Since this forum is a Graphics forum, I have to maintain the fact that we do not allow the ripping of other people's artworks. This is an important point because if word got out that we allow rippers to post on this forum, people would not sign up in case they themselves were ripped.
I could have been ruthless and given you an infraction straight away, but I decided that the best action for this thread was to comment and inform you on your errors so that you would understand for next time that there are better options to obtain some of your resources.
I don't want to give out infractions to every member that may make an honest mistake, as we do learn from out errors, but if a member continually does the wrong thing (Whether it's ripping, spamming, abuse, etc), then we may have to official action to stop it.
EDIT: I started writing this before you posted so I did not see you additional post.
I have seen that you have gotten Permission from the original artist and I accept that, but as mentioned above, this wasn't a stock image. Fortunately, the person was accepting of you using the image for your sig.
Thanks for finding out that additional info
it wasn't that serious though, do you honestly think someone would care about something like that? Why even bring it up, I'm going to college for graphic design so it's not like I'm slow and don't know what ripping is. But whatever I got my permission to use it
wew cool guys, good sig better if u dd the lightings.
