a battle btwn me & some other guy

ok so on another site, i got challenged today, and theres like 5 members on this site, so one guy decided who won. i used the same signature i'm entering in the sotw so i hope this doesnt get me in trouble (i promise i drew it xD)

anyways i lost, by one vote (cause it was me voting for me, the other guy voting for himself and this other guy chose him as the winner)
yah so three votes...

anyways i wanted to hear what yall think, cause it was determined by one person. maybe my art does suck compaired to his, but yah

sorry, idk how to do a poll..... thingy... ah well, just wanna hear some more oppinions, i feel like a three vote loss is kinda cheap, then again i'm also a sore loser =\ (i need to work on that...)

Top is better imo, even more so if you painted it.

The first one, which i belive is yours, is much better.

i posted a link to this on the site where the "battle" was originally held. i've just gotta wait and see their reactions...

def 1st 1, if u painted it then its alright, i like your style, but i think u dont take risks with your drawings/ paintings..take it to the next level!

what do you mean by risks?

idk...i guess it could be alot of things, i think your sigs are decent and i think u can do something to your sigs that can just wow me...but that hasnt happened yet
sry cant give u an example of what to do, thats for u to figure out.:)

I ilke your style of making sigs. It's something that people don't really do. You're the first one I have seen that draws sigs.

yay ^.^ i like bein original, but for now the reason i draw my sigs is cause i absolutely suck at using renders... heh ^.^

Definately the first one. I do agree with EX's comment though although I think it would be better if you drew on a larger scale, with tags you are restricted:D

i moderately agree... i've stopped participating in the stupid battles they have because they treat it like a wresting competition, and the requirements ruin the artwork, ie, some of the requirements are "must have a boarder, text and the artists name must be in the bottom right corner" which is bad bad bad cause text in the bottom right corner is boring... and some pieces of word dont need a boarder, etc. the requirements dont inspire you, they limit you which is stupid...
