cool, but it just looks like a colourized cloud, chopped up with a brush or two.
I think if you colourized the eyes an aqua colour or something to contrast the yellow, it would be pretty damn nice.
A brush or two? Try 5 layers of brushing. With 3 color ballances <_<

Yes, but from what you said in the first post, wait you didnt say if it looked good. I agree 100% with what you said about the layering...In my opinion, it looks great.

Ok, thanks :) Im going to try your idea on the eye, i might do red though, ill see how it goes. Im not to sure on how to colorize one part, but ill see what i can do.
Edit] I changed it and i love the effect. What about the rest? I think it does look alot better with the contrast of the colors. Thanks :)
looks pretty cool, nice and clear which i always like. um...hmmm...the eye well although it looks really cool, im thinkin maybe it needs a color change aswell...just dont know WHICH color lol. looks good though.

I agre Indo, i think it needs like a metal indent for the text. Right on the sword, but i cant get that right. I feel it needs a new text...But overall, i love it.
Actually i dont like the eye thing. It's kool, but it's not awsome. Other than this it's very nice.

Seen the render many times. I like it, but kinda like everyone elses abstract. It's good, but kinda reptitive.

I did it differently, i blended with my secret way...And also did the 3 piece cut. I thought that was sort of unique for this forum. Oh well, i guess some people dont like it.
I like the render and the blending, but feel that the piece between the head and the hammer is out of place... It looks as if the guy has the hammer on his shoulder, but that piece just seems to make that impossible, making the entire stance of the guy sorta hard, like he's gonna get sore muscles in no time :P
other than that it looks very good... :D

ok, that makes more sense now, I've seen the full pic also...
overall it's pretty good. Cant comment on the blending, no real flaws there :P
your piece looks very well designed, but i'm still keeping my opinion 'bout the piece between head and "hammer"

I like it, but in my honest opinion, it still lacks contrast. Thats just from my perspective. You do what you think looks good. AND SCREW EVERYONE ELSE! BWAHAHaha..ha.. godamn im tired.... good job.

Pretty nifty... Personally think that there might could be one random aqua colouring in the bg though, just to bring out the eye.

Zek, it doesnt matter how many time you have seen the render befor, its how it is presented, you should learn that next time.
I was thinking of doing it with some blue put in, but i didnt because it looked really bad... It had horrible contrasting.

and yeah, if you ever find a way to indent the text into the sword, then it'll be sexy sweet.
I cant seem to get a good font to do it, i might try a more classic font. Any help?
