The Tattoo I designed for my hip, thats why it is so small, I used probably 10 different resources for the symbols, but I rendered them all myself after. http://img707.imageshack.us/img707/2470/tattool.jpg
Thoughts? I will be getting it this spring.

Rexy.
To be honest i think tattoos are reflection of self. I dont like how everyone these days go out with the intention of getting a tattoo because its fashionable. Your gonna be stuck with it for life, so choose something that means something to you ;)
The designs are good, but go on something that your happy to see on your body for the rest of your days ;)

i agree with Rexy; i designed my own tattoo, it's on my shoulder and it represents me. ;)

Yea, a good amount of thought went into this, and I was going to get a totally different tattoo at first, however I think I have settled on this one, and am more then happy with it.
Well I'd better be more then happy, because like you said its for life. Thanks for the thoughts :)
And props to anyone who came name all 9 religions reflected in the tattoo.

I think it's nice because it's a bit of a sign of unity. The question is will you enjoy looking at it for the rest of your life?

I would actually like to see the final result, if you do go ahead with it. Just remember two things with tatties.
One is that you can have them removed, but it is very expensive to do so. The other is that they can be very addicting.

Agreed with Rexy also. A tattoo should Descibe YOU! Not some fashionable piece of crap :l
Choose wisely..Remember its stuck on u for life!

Yessum, I will probably post a finished tatt after it has healed and such. I swim so that is why I have to wait till after states to get it.
For those who cared the center is the Nine Sided Star of Bahai'i (representing unity as such). I great belief system, I am believer in a lot of their system and life style.
Starting with Buddhism (the wheel looking one) and moving clockwise-
Buddhism-Christianity- Confucianism- Hindu- Islam- Judaism- Shintoism- Sikhism- Taoism.
Major props to whoever could have named atleast 5 of those.

All of them :) My mates sister is a tattoo artist so she will be doing it, in a normal tattoo parlor and such, so the price will be quite reasonable.

wow tbh man i think thats dumb to get all of them the middle would be fine but all of them would be pointless imo

Totally reasonable, and I am sure it seems that way to alot of people. But I hold a steadfast view in the belief of religions all being equal in ever sense of the word (whether useful or pointless), and I just really wanted to make sure they were really represented properly. I just didn't feel that a point on a star would suffice. It is all about equality for me
But don't get me wrong, I totally see where you are coming from. I can't imagine alot of people would want various religious symbols on their body. It is usually just one :)

If you need to ask us which Tattoo to get, don't get one at all ;)
You have to live with it permanently.

No, you don't. You can get laser surgery to remove them. After a quick look on google, depending on the size of the tattoo, and the doctor you go to, ball park is $150 to $200 per visit. It can also take several visits to see results.
