Dude, seriously. Topaz rape is never a good thing. :\ Effects, composition, etc, etc are all good, but settle down with the Topaz.

Then learn how to vector man, vectored sigs look fucking amazing and they actually take effort to make with tons of layers. It'd be awesome to see this actually vectored if that was the style you were trying to implement.

text is the only thing that really dosnt go with the sig :D but love the colors

tis awsum, only thing i don't like is floating faces, but that is just me.

definitely need to take the time to vector it. topazing it doesnt ever look vectored, especially on real faces. just looks like topaz death. a lot of your effects seem really random though.

i'd scrap the whole left side, left of the text (the vertical blue, and the green background), and the bottom half right of the face below the blue swoosh including the swirl. all of that stuff just kills it.
