Nice text and use of vectors, however, I remove the scanlines. They're not need. Perhaps darken the areas in the BG to provide some depth though it won't be much. I the elements in the sig, it fits the theme you were aiming for.

Did you topaz the focal though?

I like it the text is nice but doesn't take away from the focal point, I know the circles were to add onto the theme, but I just find them a bit distracting with them being over the render. Other then that great job :D

I like this style alot. I don't usually like that style of text but it's quite nice. Maybe space it out a little though? The only thing that really puts me off it is the scan lines over the shapes behind. It gives of the "far away" feel but i think a gaussian blur would work alot better.
