It would have been even better if you wouldn't have used a reference, drawing by freehand. I've seen the stock you've created this line art from and this is very good and alike. Coloring it would definitely kick it up a notch.

Yeah tracing isn' that impressive to me nymore, although you done a good job. Colour it the same way you lined it, with vector shapes.
Better than anything I could ever do. :p

lol its not a rip.. that pic is just a stock that everyone uses. i bet tons of people have tried to draw it, they just look familiar. in fact a couple of people here have made LPs with the original picture. and TBH the one you found aint as good as his. EojSharp attempt looks much more crisp while the other one looks sloppy

Yesh as everyone people say, anyone can trace a stock so im not surprised to see more then one trace of a stock/picture.

Ok, just to clarify, this is not what we really classify as a rip. Eoj has traced the image and is colouring it in on his own accord. He has merely used the outline as a reference but he has created the outline all on his own.
Ripping is more when you have used an image that you are not supposed to use, eg. If I crop Radz's sig above and turn it into an avatar for myself... That's a rip as I have stolen his art.
Besides, Eoj said he's colouring the image in. Now if we classify him as a rip then I guaranteed that we all can be classified as rippers cause I am betting that any one of you have coloured in with a colouring book.

Not having a shot at Eoj, put please remember to link all source files when you post up an artwork... especially large ones, and explain what you did to create that image. The more back story you can give us, the better it is to cover yourself for being accused of being a ripper.
Please read this for more info, [Link], but note that when I mean slight modifications, I mean altering the original image, not recreating it, but if you do recreate it, inform us... you're not gonna loose rep for being known as a tracer. It just means you're learning the ropes.
