Looks reallly gooood.
Def an improvement over the cudi one. ( even though i prefer cudi anyday)
Only thing that catches my eye is the pen tool going across the tag.. prob intentional but bothers me.

Colors are sick
Hmm all of your tags seem very similar atm, i like the lighting but the contrast needs a little bit more kick to it and get rid of that big white block all together, maybe crop it out :) im not feeling the depth, i can see it there but it doesnt look... right :/ i dont know maybe my vision is messing up at this late time :) but yeah it just seems abit messy, i prefer your Cudi tag :) but that is just my opinion :) i like this new style your going for just this tag isnt really going for me, maybe try some new stuff?

Ahh okay! and ahhh my computer was being very slow last time i checked this post and the bottom of your tag didn't come up... i didn't realize that haha my bad! i stick with my comments accept the depth, i can definitely see it now and i too like the colours especially with that orange lights at the bottom :)

Definite improvement :D looks better without that big white block cutting the tag off :) maybe see what its like without a border at all, and i actually like the text being white and plain :)

Anyways, it's great. Reminds me of the kid cudi one. The no border one might be the best version of this tag. It's just awesome.
needs burning in some areas, try hiding everything except the original picture and then cut out wayne with your pen tool, then put the text inbetween the full stock and the cutout so the text looks like its behind wayne, also its looks too cluttered with the pen tool, try sharpening individual parts and blurs individual parts by applying the image on a new layer , also add some contrasting tones to purple such as blue
I like the use of purple pentool mate. The style is somewhat familiar to the Kudi. The C4D effects at the bottom of the tag are really clashing mate. Can't discern anything there the color scheme isn't going too well. The composition needs work on. Keep at it!
