Hmm a great tutorial really nice outcome and i love how all the layer adjustment come together to create the interesting effect hmm is Topaz special plugin or something as i have cs3 and its not in the filter tab... Hmm is it going to be in cs4 as i got a cd with cs4 around somewhere...

Yea, Topaz is a plugin filter, you have to pay for it.

Hmm this tutorial inspired me too try something out and here is the out come hope you like it didn't follow the tutorial too closely but it helped me out with few things and to get the idea so yeah thanks alot:

Hey not to sound like an ass, but if u where going to put ALL this effort into a tut, should have done ur gears 2 sig one, that one is ONE amazing sig!! plz make a tut for that as well! :D
