a bit too animeish imo...I hate anime so much it makes me want to kill, but ill try to keep that out of this.
the first one is nice, but i think its a bit plain. maybe its just me, but i think its not too detailed. oh and the sword got cut off a bit.
the second one, its really detailed, but i dont understand what the face is supposed to look like. it jsut looks wierd.
overall, nice effort, there really nice, but just doesnt fit my taste. 8/10.
not overly fussed on the second one.. but the first one is brilliant, very manga style. nice work mate.
I LOVE Anime, Great drawings dude, I Wish i could do that well, Ah well i'll stick with my stick people. :)
Thx all and acually I wanted it to look anime/mangaish^^
The first one is good, and just like Duct Tape Man said, I loathe anime/manga. Some anime/manga are good, but when little kids think it's the only art style out there in the world and draw it over and over... that's where it gets to me.
IT'S CLICHE!
*Ahem* Back to the topic, the first one needs some more pizazz to it. It isn't anything but ordinary. Try shading it, and use the ol' smear technique. It'll kick major ass then, trust me. Same for the second one.
But, as this is your joy (assuming), keep on at it!
Eww, I keep thinking that the guy in the 2nd pic has a thong on =(
First thanks for ur comments. second of all what is the "smear technique" and third of all I dont think manga is the only way to paint, manga is the way I like to paint but I allways try to paint things like they look in reallity first.
