So yeah: "Lawmakers introduced legislation Monday that would let the Justice Department seek U.S. court orders against piracy websites anywhere in the world, and shut them down through the sites’ domain registration."
And as america is currently managing all .com .org and .net domains, this would mean that if americans feel like a site is unappropriate (wikileaks, the pirate bay) they'd be able to block it world wide. Okay you can acces them through the IP adress but I still think this is nothing but cencorship.
