NEED HELP: zombies, brains, and linoleum

so i'm doing a linoleum cutout print thingy at school (take linoleum, cut shit out of it using a sharp tool..)

i need help

1: its a two-tone picture.
2: it is not 3-D-able
3: shading is virtually impossible
4: i dont think it looks very zombie like
5: the hand... yeah... the hand has issues... fuck...
6: its going onto a tshirt
7: when its printed, it will turn out backwards.
8: it needs something! the plate itself is 6inx12in and the zombie boy is about 1/4 of the picture

edit #3: its going to be really hard to cut out as it is. when i get my first linoleum cutout i'll show you, but the minimum thickness of a line is about 2mm-3mm

I would suggest making the clothing a little more worn, with holes, and tears in places. Maybe have patches of this hair missing?

As for 2 tones, what are those tones going to be? I see clothes, hair, skin, removed skin, and eyes.

black. for linoleum cutouts what you do is you take a piece of linoleum, and use this gouging tool and you cut out of it, then you paint the linoleum with paint, then you put the painted linoleum on whatever and press down. you end up with paint where you didnt cut, and no paint where you did cut. it'll probably be black and white, black being the background and white being the lines.

Tear up the clothes abit make, a hole in the midriff see some ribs or guts can also try instead of whole fingers just the bone.

maybe parts of the of it's skull should be missing , so you can see it's brain , or maybe it doens't have a brain at all and just has parts of it's skull missing

Give him a few bullets holes in his torso. And like fur said make him holding a brain, or possibly some intestines that maybe wrap up his arm? Or better yet make him holding his own arm? Kind of like he tore it off. Blood spatter and etc on the shirt and coming out of the torn limb.

i like the sense of motion he's got with the hand reaching foreward so i wanna keep it like that, but i'm definitely going to add some... gore...

Didn't feel like reading anything but I would add some bullet holes if at all possible.

try red and white for the colors..white as bg..
make it bigger, rip the shirt, show some ribs and guts...and try to add a poping eye...
