Ooooh, I love the colouring and the blur but I'm not a fanboy about the text.
howd u get the blur?
not as good as other, thats just a render (which you didnt take the pic of) with text slapped on
Actually DB.. Its not just a render with text.. I actually found this one alot harder than the other one... It took along time to blur and get the buildings how i wanted them....

I don't like the text, everything else seemed to be well planned out - but, then there's "Manhattan" with outer glow (!) sitting in the corner. It doesn't play well with the background, imo. I like the subtle colors you chose for the text though.
I'd at least put 1 px black stroke around the text and lower its transparency a little.
See if that makes a difference, probably not, but...
Baseline:
Hope that helps some, it's a great sig, the only thing that gets to me is the font as I explained above.
Now thats what i call some Constructive critism.. :D

text isnt nearly as good as your last one, but the rest is just fine, and even better then the last.
where do you get these pics of skylines?
I love this one as well but feel the text could be a bit smaller or a lot smaller, either one. Deep blue, there you go again. LOOK CLOSER please! There are so many things I can notice that Diaz did to the signature. I'm getting a little tired of some of your comments. Just try to find some effects that Diaz did here. The coloring, the scanlines, the blurs etc
