Yes, it would be illegal to zombify someone.

The colouring looks good, but a few things I would suggest :

Make the shirt look dirtier with browns and blacks, some smudging, spatters. Maybe throw some red in there as well, I doubt zombies are the best at keeping their cloths clean. I do like the glowing eyes, kinda reminds me of the zombie from "Hanna is not a boys name"

hmm not bad id still like to see the thumb on the right hand, but yeah everything works except the eyes try using a light grey around them

hey pet, i was trying to make blood... patches... idk like blood that looked like it soaked through the shirt, but i couldnt get it to look right, any suggestions? (i tried blurring, darker coloration and smudging but none really fit the style very well... smudging was too detailed for this style, blurring just looked like... shit... and darker worked a bit cept for the fact that you really cant get any darker than the blood that i put up there without it looking brown...)

Panda look up the TV series The Walking Dead should give you a few ideas ^^ also maybe you should invert the color on his eyes like black eyeball and glowing iris.

Rather than smudging, leave hard edges then. Last few times I had blood on my shirt it did a little bleeding with the colour of the fabric, but overall had a hard edge too it. If you want to distinguish it from the blood on him, you could give the blood on him a slight reflection with hard edges to show that it is more liquid and wet than the dried blood on his shirt. Also, dried blood is dark, and sometimes has near black tints to it.

i'm pretty sure this season is done o.o it ended with ep 13... but it ended on a cliffhanger so a second season is definitely coming out...
