Force Unleashed 2 Signature Tutorial[first]

Yay for my first tutorial, I made this signature a while ago so I decided to make a tutorial for it.

hey great tut. i like it simple but a little more effects would have maybe taken out some of the negative space on left and right. did you use the chalk brush for smudging?

Yer I did, forgot to say small details like that, and this signature was made a little while ago so not as good as my latest work.

Quick question, for everyone, when you 'Apply image' it goes on to that layer. Do you then work from that layer?
Im really confused at what the point of Applying the image :S (sorry if i shoulda posted this else where)

I like it soo much, I am going to use this, for other renders, like your Force unleashed one, but I like to use different renders when i follow a tut, so it would feel more like my own lol. Thanks for the share, and your work :)
