^Can't really remember the smudge setting >.<
Just play with it, maybe add some fade pressure and little scattering.
The smudge brush is "Pato Smudge" by ~Pato92 on deviantart.

It's not that bad but it's too contrasted and there are oversharpened areas
Probably you stick too much on the Tutorial and forgot the technicalities
What I suggest is grab your own comfty render and resources. Use it like a guide. GL
