I've been thinking about it for some time now and yesterday I decided to give it a go.
I wanted to have some kind of personal logo that could be used as a signature to put underneath my work.
I wanted a logo because it is more recognizable than a signature and it has the advantage it can still be used for other purposes.
After lots of thoughts spinning around in my head and trying a few of them out, I came up with this.
MK are my initials and I used them to make the logo. It's made up of an M reflected horizontally and/or a K reflected vertically.
looks pretty cool to me!! nr 1 or 2 are good!
the borders kill it imo.
make an Avatar of it and put it on your user CP!!

Indeed the bottom 2 are very cool :)
I love how you came up with the idea of the M and the K
but i dunno how to say this in english so i hope u speak some dutch :P
the logo look a bit boring like a logo of a "begravenisondernemer" or something like that :P
u need maybe a bit of color to make it more outstanding.
Like 2 colors would be fine, than make the bg transparant like sir said :P and i think u got an awsome logo :D

Hahaha, you're in luck, I'm Flemish, so Dutch is no problem at all.
I get what you mean. It is indeed quite, euhm, let's call it simple :D
I was doubting if I should leave it like that and keep it basic or if I should add some color to it.

Simple is no promblem at all in logo's :)
But i think it has to be atractive to look at, and in my eyes black doesnt fullfil that :P
i think if u play with 2 color's on the M and the K that it would be better :P

Pretty cool, love the simplicity. It feels like a business logo, imo :p.

These versions are a big improvement on the previous ones you showed me. Right now they look like they could be on a law firm, or letterhead, or private consultant. The reason it looks like those are the very thin lines, and especially the square boarder.
If you don't want it to look like that, do not just add colour, that would ruin this more than slant the view of it. If you want it for more graphic design, use nice bold lines, and a mix of sharp corners, and smooth curves.

@ Pet: it's indeed a big improvement. The idea just popped up out of nowhere. And thanks for the tips, again, I'll be sure to try them.
