stock images or brushes, the only other way I can think of doing that is to use realflow to create the liquid or to painstakingly shade and outline each of the details of a splash using photoshop.

They're most likely stocks

yeah mainly stocks, texture, c4d, render and for the triangle prolly the custom shape tool
