I think this is great! I love the effects and for once i think the text fits perfectly. You've done well to create the flow and the effects provide decent lighting. My only advise would be to add more depth and maybe crop it a little bit more at the left. Good job!

the effects around your focal are too white, tone that down a bit.
also you need to work some more depth in and cut more of the left side out.
and then work on the lighting some more and it will be a nice tag.
