V1 is better the colors are really nice overall I'd say you did a good job :)

some parts for example his arm look over contrasted or sharpened but overall i like the compo

V1 for me but..
Dude major color bleed,looks like some of your layers are on wrong setting and react with the layers beneath them.
Colors and composition are great,watch out with that shaprness.
