Well since i have no clue what mmowned is, i guess not. :p

The smudging looks pretty good but i'm not a fan of the huge black space with text so far from the focal. When your txt is that far from the focal it can distract you from what your trying to get the viewer to look at which should be the render and smudging.

Yeah I agree, I have recently started PS again and is slowly learning everything from scrap, so far I can't seem to master a good background effect so I am practicing on black BG at the moment and mastering my smudges again and effects with c4ds slowly.

Edit: Meant to say Strider is awesome at smudging. He can give u some tips :)

Wow your right, I just saw his post and his sig is beyond amazing, I kind of stood froze there for a second!

txt placing is not good....and also try to make the smudge part HQ

What do you mean in HQ?

Sharpen it more or something?

yep maybe sharpening>blurring>sharpening would make it better...but its more appropriate if you will put a more HQ effects on it

I see, I will try that out and see how it looks! Also by HQ, maybe adding some c4d you mean?

no,,i jus think that the effect you added there make it LQ so next time add a more HQ c4d for the effects
