Sorry I Can't understand lighting from side or front. If I cant manage to light itup with that fractal I doubt I can do it. I'm literally asking you to take it to ps add a lighting.

Add more foreground effects, use depth to bring the focal point out a bit more.
Besides that its pretty good.
