I liked it, but you could work better in the lighting and focal
That light -> there is stealing my eyes from the guys face :P so i dont stop moving my eyes and eventually will start hurting xD

some of your effects are a bit iffy, and slightly off flow.
I'd add some gradient maps and photo filters to add more depth and colour. -

The red is too de-saturated IMO. Try removing some light and upping the opacity or completely removing the effects that give that washed out look. (Right hand side of sig)
Don't forget to dodge and burn the focal accordingly, it will really make your focal pop. Nice sig, I like it. -
