Stroke and drop shadow on text is a no no, bad boy!
Adding a gradient map/photo filter on a stock and call it a tag is just lazy and wrong.
You need to work on it more.

Lol it took me so long to make this sig and the way you describe it makes me kinda sad.
You have a big line going through it, I assume from the c4d? And I see dots and more clouds added, am i correct?
Its OK overall, but kinda bland
Just gave my honest opinion, I can see the clouds you've added now. I apologize if you took it the wrong way.
But yeah, needs more details and go easy on the blurring. Try to do some harder smudge on the clouds and add some noise (c4d bubbles for example) to the foreground to give it flow. And you need to work on your colors and adjustments to really get a nice outcome, a grad map isn't enough (no access to a comp atm so can't check your PSD, pardon me if I'm wrong). Go explore the adjustment layers panel :)
Im with Radillac on this one. Im not a fan of the text at all, and it all seems very flat and monotone. I don't like the C4d line and the lighting is very minimalistic. Have a look at some photo manipulation signature tutorials and see if you can try something different with it :)
Washed out, I can't express how many times I've given you advice and told you different things yet you never actually do anything with anyones advice. Drop the washed out look.
What am I doing?! What's washed out?!What are you referring to?!
Look at the stock, and then look at your tag. The stock has nice colors and is clean and crisp, the tag is monotoned, hazy, and dull.
I've tried to figure out why your having a hard time understanding what everyone is saying and the only thing i could come up with is no one has shown you what they're talkin about. So, i decided to do this for you to give you a complete look at what people have been trying to explain to you.
Washed out means the color, saturation, and detail have been lowered substantially as to make the image look pretty much like you poured water over it and washed away all the details. I took your idea which i'm guessing was to make it look like it was a starry night and made something that's not too difficult but does have a couple of advanced things that come with time but are easily learned by seeing how it is done.
This took me a little over an hour to complete which for me is like drawing a circle these days so please dive in and try to grasp every detail because it is easy to figure it out no matter how much PS knowledge you have, and if you have any questions let me know or ask any of the seasoned artists on here.
This is for learning purposes only. I hope this helps. :)

See that makes the stock look nice, I've tried explaining it several ways to him, hopefully this gets through.
Agreed with Fork, it's probably why you complain about never getting any comments, you don't really do anything with them anyways.
Sorry, this is the first time finding out what washed out means, i don't really get GFX terms and i just created a new tag using the advice I have collected

You don't get gfx terms? then wtf are you doing on a gfx forum.
I prefer the colours in the original stock. I like what you've done with the clouds in the background but it's too blurred out. Don't add text as well unless it compliments the sig it's used in, the text here is purely used as a watermark and ruins it further.
