You need some splatters to that shit. Also smudge some of that orang slightly copy layer change blending mode smudge more and lower opacity. Cool detail in smudge.
Ah, yes! Splatter is what I am missing. I thought something was missing. x_x
Erase some of the smudge over the bottom of the render. Makes it look a bit overblended.

Keep the smudging, it works for that tag. Only thing I don't like are those little lights but everything else is good.

Ahh. the naiive that think topaz is the answer to everything..
Looks good though... The orange balls look too uniform.. smudge them into streaks.. put it on substract. duplicate.. invert colours.. divide. Job done.
Lol, I don't even have Topaz installed, I was just wondering if that is what it did, because I've seen that effect somewhere else and they said they used Topaz...
