Every time i sharpen it either comes out too sharp or too blurred.

Try to lower to opacity on the sharpen layers then, and if too blurred add another sharpen.

I thought this was just perfect but not every one thinks the same...

add some c4d bubbles or something. at least some glowy stuff

​I was talking about the sharpening..

I actually think it's fine, the render matches and the lighting is really great.
If you do sharpen then do it only to the c4d's because the render would look way over sharpened and really bad.

try using paint daubs set both on 1 % gl then lower the opacity on the layer to where u like it .

Filters > others > high pass (at 0.5)
and set that to soft light.
Not sharp enough? set it to hard light.
Too sharp? tone down opacity ;D

I don't think it needs more sharpening to be honest, and don't blur things, imo it looks bad. (The blurring not the tag)
