AHHHH .... WAY Better than ur first one....Like Twan said...."I LOVE YOUR SCANLINES" Brings da characteres out more. Try using a dark drop shadow on the characters tho...give em more depth

and I usally never use a bevel or shadow anymore in my pics/cutouts...
I use just an advance blend..but I'll try the shadow tip and see how it works...thanx again...

look good, looking really good. i'd have to give it a 9.7/10 on the sole basis that i <3 final fantasy.
This is a pretty solid background. I feel you could have blended the renders in, although you did a pretty good job w/o blending. I dislike the font you used, looks slightly blurry.
Other than those two small things, nice job! 8/10
