thats hentai for ya. most people who tend to use hentai prefer suggestive material then full out nipple shots. Its also partly the reason they look at anime, instead of real people.
any way, pretty nice job, just cut the render a little better next time, you can still see the BG of the image it was cut from.

Well, different.
A smoother BG would have been good IMO as its a rough BG with somewhat peaceful anime women and rough doesn't seem to go to well with it IMO.
