This is crazy! In a good way. I love the colors within the piece. The feathers are probably the coolest bit in there.

Some of the splatters and line brushes are a bit oversharp. The overall blending is good but the renders outlines are choppy, try soft brush smudge at 35% strength on them.
I would like to see you do more with the background, maybe add some cracks textures at low opacity?

The render is making this whole piece and it takes more then that to make it to the TA.
