Hi!! I hope you like this tutorial its pretty simple but nice:
1.- Ok first Open a new Document 400*400 The background can be White or Transparent
2.- Then put the text do you want In White <-- It have to be White!!
3.- Then Rasterize Layer: Layer > Rasterize > Type..
4.- Next go to Layer > Layer Style > Blending Options
And use the next presets: http://img348.imageshack.us/img348/6070/preset019vr.jpg Use the colors of Highlight mode and Shadow mode the same as your background, or colors you want, they dont have to be the same http://img348.imageshack.us/img348/4277/preset029xc.jpg Use the same colors you have used before for the Gradient in the Stroke http://img348.imageshack.us/img348/2451/preset032sx.jpg

Very nice effect... You can mess around with the origional text color, as opposed to leaving it white, to get a slightly different outcome.
