Ish if you want the HDR mat to blend nicely with all the spheres and not look the same on all, just make a SKY object (in Lights) and then put the HDR on the sky object.
Next step is to make a new material (color of your choice) and then add a 40% reflection to the mat and still in reflection, select Fresnel ..hmmmm...40%? try some more maybe, play around with the settings. If you want your ball to be smoother/cleaner just go to Specular and select Metal ( increase your Width and Height by 15 or more)
